TOWNHAVEN Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TOWNHAVEN, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fees apply.
Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returned products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a TOWNHAVEN error or a defective item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective merchandise.
